Privacy policy

BannerTap stores the contact details, designs, files, messages, and approval history you provide to support your order. Access to private files is restricted. The final policy must define retention, deletion requests, service providers, and the business contact.

Accounts and sign-in

We store your name, email address, verification status, and a protected password hash when you register with email. Google and Apple sign-in provide an account identifier, verified email address, and a name when available. We do not receive your Google or Apple password or request access to your email inbox.

Designs and service providers

Cloudflare hosts BannerTap, stores account and design data, and handles transactional email and incoming support messages. When you request an AI design, your design instructions are sent to Google's image-generation service. Private uploads and designs require authorized access. Customer designs enter the public gallery only after permission is recorded and an administrator publishes them.

Sessions and account emails

We use an essential, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Customer sessions remain active until logout or revocation; the browser cookie renews when used. Clearing browser data may sign you out. We send verification, welcome, and password-reset emails to operate your account.

Your information

Contact support@bannertap.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. We will verify account ownership before processing a request. This page describes the current preview; final retention terms will be reviewed before sales launch.
